Application field

1. Cold and hot water systems of buildings, including central heating systems;

2. Heating systems in buildings, including floors, siding and radiant heating systems;

3. Direct drinking pure water supply system;

4. Central (centralized) air conditioning system;

5. Industrial pipeline systems such as transporting or discharging chemical media.

Installation Precautions

1. Male Socket PPR has lower hardness and poorer rigidity than metal pipe, so it should be protected during handling and construction to avoid mechanical damage caused by improper external force. The location of the pipeline should be marked after the dark application, so as to avoid damage to the pipeline due to the second decoration.

2. Male Socket PPR has a certain low temperature brittleness below 5 degree . Be careful in winter construction. When cutting the pipe, use a sharp knife to cut slowly. Do not press or knock the installed pipeline, and cover the parts susceptible to external force with protective materials if necessary.

3. The Male Socket PPR is easy to age and degrade when exposed to ultraviolet rays for a long time. It must be wrapped with a dark protective layer when it is installed outdoors or in direct sunlight.

4. The Male Socket PPR should be connected by hot melt, except that it is connected with metal pipes or water appliances using mechanical connection methods such as threaded inserts or flanges, so that the pipes are integrated and there is no leakage point.
